These Terms govern your use of the Al-Saleem Integrated Transport Company website and services. By booking with us you agree to these Terms.
Bookings and fares
Fares are fixed and agreed with you before travel. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge your request. Please provide accurate pick-up details, timing and passenger numbers so we can serve you well.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp. We will always try to accommodate changes, especially during Umrah and Hajj.
Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time and place, follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions, and treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
Liability
We take great care to provide safe, punctual transport, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, road closures or crowd conditions during peak seasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
